I would take random shots of family members, and when they were not around, I would sneak out and shoot at the distance, often capture breath taking rocky coast, and mile long beach fronts. At that time, I remember my father used black and white film for photos because he used to say that black and white photo send a message that is much deeper to the world. Even today in the modern society, wedding photos come as combination of black and white and colors, that is why every important moment on event I’m trying to deliver in black and white along with color image.

In my home country of Serbia I earned my degree in telecommunication. As for photography it was always my passion. Later on when I moved to States I started to pursue my dream. I realize now why they refer to this country as “Land of opportunity”. Choices give you the opportunity to determine your success. This is where  I was able to afford my first DSLR camera, lenses, and necessary equipment that would enable my growth in photography. For the first time, I felt that life of doing what you truly love is more than a hobby. It was all becoming possible for me, because I could finance and support myself now that I had my other business up and running. I could devote my time in capturing moments and emotions of people, and finally do something that makes me happy at heart. My friend’s birthday parties were a good start, and this is when I started to connect with people and network with others. When my friend asked me to photograph her wedding I re-discovered my goals and something inside triggered me to start loving wedding photography. There are many reasons to love wedding photography, and what I like about it, is catching and capturing life changing moments, because we all want to remember life most special moments.
